Phil is responsible for ensuring compliance across our growing fleet of various equipment. Phil’s role ensures minimal downtime across our services, responding promptly to breakdowns, ensuring pre-use checks are completed, and analysing and handling all compliance documentation. He is involved in the procurement of fleet and equipment, ranging from hotboxes and beavertails, as well as all back-office vehicle support functions. Phil is regularly praised by co-workers for going above and beyond to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.

Outside of work, he enjoys socialising with family and friends, travelling—particularly city breaks—and of course, watching football being a big fan of Liverpool. A fun fact about Phil is that he once flew to Belfast with only 500 Euros and a passport, forgetting that it’s in the UK and uses Pound Sterling.
