Clare takes responsibility of looking after our most valuable asset, our people. Clare’s role is dynamic and rewarding and no day is the same. As HR Manager her responsibilities include employee law, recruitment, effective internal communications, implementing wellbeing initiatives, as well as being there for employees when they need it.

Outside of work, Clare enjoys spending time with her partner, family, and friends. Despite the busy nature of life, she always makes time to relax and are looking forward to visiting more countries and places this year. Clare and her family also have an allotment they’re working on.
