Co-ordination Team Leader - flexible base
What we are looking for
As a Team Leader at Multevo, you will play a key role in guiding, supporting, and developing team members through your experience and expertise. The role focuses on building strong, professional relationships with clients, while maintaining a clear understanding of team activities across all contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and patience, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Previous experience or knowledge in Highways and Streetworks is advantageous, but not essential, as training and support can be provided.
***Can be based at either our Darwen HQ or Rednal, Oswestry business and must be willing to travel***
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support and guidance to fellow team members through daily check-ins, regular 1:1’s and weekly contract meetings. You will lead communication amongst the team, ensuring workload is distributed effectively and productivity is maintained.
To prepare and deliver meetings, ensuring accurate record of minutes and clear tracking of action points. Following this, delivering timely updates to the Co-ordination & Delivery Manager.
Review and proof read key contractual documentation (e.g. trackers, schedules, programmes and monthly summaries) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and client-ready standards.
Contribute to the financial management of contracts, including invoicing, reporting, and producing financial summaries to support decision-making.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, managing expectations, responding to queries, and escalating issues where appropriate.
Identify opportunities to improve team processes and propose changes that could increase efficiency, both co-ordination wise and operationally.
Oversee inbox management to ensure all communications (e.g. internal/external requests, enquiries, PO’s) are responded to promptly and tracked effectively.
Conduct high-level data analysis, cross-referencing schedules and programmes to optimise productivity and maintain a clear understanding of overall contract performance.
