Roller Driver (Machine Lay) - Lancashire & Midlands

We are looking for experienced Roller Drivers to join our expanding Machine Lay teams across Lancashire and the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating ride-on rollers to achieve compaction and finish

  • Following rolling patterns to meet specification

  • Monitoring joints, edges, and surface finish

  • Working alongside paver and surfacing gang

Licence/Certifications required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience

  • CSCS Card (mandatory)

  • CPCS A31 Ride-on Roller (or NPORS equivalent)

  • Experience operating Bomag BW161, BW135, BW120

Work locations include:

  • Lancashire

  • Midlands (Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire)

  • May require occasional travel/working away from home

Location: Mobile worker - on the road
