Multevo are seeking a Fleet Co-ordinator, based at Darwen HQ, to support our teams.
What we are looking for:
Reporting into the regional Transport Manager
Monitor Pre-Use checks daily
Monitor Samsara dashcam Alerts
Collate drivers’ hours records
Follow up all reported defects, and sign off once rectified
Point of contact for break-downs – arrange call out/repairs
Investigate any accidents - follow up gathering evidence and reporting to insurance brokers
On hire and off hire of light goods vehicles, including adding to insurance database, fuel card ordering and ensuring received vehicles are up to agreed specification
Auditing of vehicles whilst in yard
Fuel Card management
Toll tag management
Administration of parking/speeding fines etc
Experience and Skills:
Self-motivated person who can work in a team and have a professional approach
Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and oral
Strong initiative and organisational skills with the ability to work to strict time and quality requirements
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and business managers
Flexibility with working time due to business operations being 24/7
Attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount
Excellent computer skills including word, excel, PowerPoint
Be confident liaising with a variety of people both internal and external to the business
Knowledge of working with vehicle fleets desirable
Previous experience working in an administration role would be an advantage
