We are seeking an experienced Traffic Management Operative to become a Traffic Management Supervisor to support daily operations, workforce mobilisation and compliance across multiple Traffic Management teams.

This is a hands-on, busy & often hectic role ideal for a qualified 12D Operative looking to step into greater Supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities will include:

Workforce Mobilisation

• Mobilise operatives each morning for scheduled works

• Ensure crews are briefed and ready for deployment

• Monitor Vehicle Compliance each morning

• Monitor site compliance each day

Programming & Scheduling

• Assist with job scheduling to ensure efficient delivery

• Liaise with Area Manager to manage workflow

Compliance & Auditing

• Support the Area Manger with compliance activities

• Conduct desktop audits and site audits

• Ensure works meet regulatory and safety standards

• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation

Site Support & Issue Resolution

• Respond to on-site queries from Operatives

• Troubleshoot operational and logistical issues

• Implement solutions to keep works running smoothly

• Escalate risks or delays where required

What we are looking for:

• 12D LANTRA Qualifications – M1/M2, M5, M6 (deal-breaker)

• Minimum 3 years’ traffic management experience (deal-breaker)

• Current UK Driving Licence (deal=-breaker)

• Computer literate

• Punctual and reliable
