Multevo are seeking a Scheduling Co-ordinator, based at Darwen HQ, to support our teams. This role will involve scheduling and programming work accordingly based on both Multevo and Client requirements, producing and issuing weekly schedules to both internal operational teams and stakeholders.
You will be primarily involved in examining and allocating relevant works specific to the operational structure, maintaining internal trackers to demonstrate productivity and liaising with clients to ensure any potential challenges issues or positive feedback is re-laid accordingly.
What we are looking for:
Understand and analyse the contract specific database.
Schedule and programme work accordingly based on both Multevo and Client requirements
Examine and allocate relevant works specific to the operational structure.
Review quality standards across operational works and feedback accordingly.
Maintain internal trackers demonstrating productivity, working times and material usages.
Ensure clear and concise performance feedback is being communicated to the relevant stakeholders
Liaise with the Client to ensure potential challenges, issues or positive feedback is re-laid accordingly.
Produce and issue weekly schedules to both internal operational team’s and external stakeholders.
Manage and monitor client requests to ensure SLAs are achieved and works are carried out to the expected standards.
Provide weekly updates on previous weeks performance across all operational teams.
Pull and analyse daily system cleanse data and report back accordingly.
Support on weekly analysis to provide to the Client
Liaise and support the Contracts Coordination and Coordination Administrator in producing weekly detail to support operational teams.
Provide operational knowledge into the planning and scheduling of works.
Experience and Skills:
Previous experience of Microsoft Office.
2 years previous experience in scheduling (preferably resource allocation / management).
Effective communication skills.
Time management and precision and accuracy.
Being able to work in a busy, open office, which changes on a daily basis.
We are customer / client focused which means operating in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to understand and achieve expected key performance indicators (KPI’s).
