Paul is responsible for the successful delivery of temporary traffic management on contracts. As an Area Manager, Paul takes care of day-to-day management of teams and supervisors, including resource allocation and fleet management. He is very adaptive in responding to the changing needs of customers, ensuring we deliver on time. Paul has formed strong relationships with our operatives, working closely with them to deliver efficient and, most importantly, safe services to our customers. Outside of work, his main hobby is banger racing, but he also loves football and darts.
