Grace takes on a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of operations. She provides support and guidance to the Coordination Team, ensuring tasks are clear and carried out effectively across different contracts whilst maintaining excellent service for clients. Grace is heavily involved in invoicing and costings, as well as updating key documents to drive growth and tackle potential challenges. She also offers insight, analysis, and feedback to Operational Management and Supervision, clarifying goals and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Weekends often involve walks with her three dogs - Ted, Marley, and Cooper - followed by retail therapy or eating out. A big fan of live music, she loves Saturday nights filled with dancing and enjoying the occasional rosé wine. A fun fact about Grace is her love for country music and line dancing!
