Darren is the Senior Operations Manager for Soft Estates, overseeing a fast-paced and ever-growing department where no two days are the same. Darren’s background in the industry spans 25 years and many roles including ganger, supervisor, area manager, and schemes manager. This knowledge is what has drove the department’s success in existing and new industries. With constant challenges and new opportunities, he thrives in the dynamic nature of the role.

Outside of work, Darren’s life revolves around his boys, his partner, and a love for sports. As for stories to share—there are too many to tell!
